You’ll cruise aboard a American sailing craft known as a “Skipjack.” These ships arrived in the Florida Keys at the turn of the 20th century to work as sponging and fishing vessels. Originally designed to harvest oysters in Chesapeake Bay, these ships feature a shallow draft that makes them ideal for navigating the shallow waters of the Key West Back Country.
The wine tasting usually includes four reds, three whites, and a Champagnoise.
